Uma análise do monitoramento eletrônico no Estado do Rio de Janeiro

This report presents the main products developed during the research of the project “Uma análise da monitoração eletrônica no Estado do Rio de Janeiro”. It is an empirical research that examined all the lawsuits which mentioned “Monitoração eletrônica” (ankle monitor) filed before the State Court of Rio de Janeiro from january 1st 2015 to february 1st 2016. The analysis is followed by interviews made with convicted under monitoring, with the judge from the court of penal execution and with an agent in charge of monitoring center of Rio de Janeiro.
