This article aims to measure the Digital Health Literacy (DHL) in Distrito Federal, using the eHEALS questionnaire. Methods: We applied the eHEALS-Br questionnaire in 406 participants, in a convenience sampling, face-to-face, in Distrito Federal. We used the parameters defined by Mialhe et al (2023), which classifies the result into three ranges (inadequate, problematic and sufficient), controlled by the level of education. For data analysis, we applied linear regression and explored the level of DHL for race and gender categories. Results: We identified a moderate level of DHL in Distrito Federal. Self-declared white people and males have a higher level of DHL. Education and income are significant variables to eHEALS. Conclusion: Although a moderate level, a third of the sample still has a low level of literacy. Then, government interventions are essential, such as public policies focusing on the digital environment, with the objective to improve the population’s DHL.
