Tratado de Pandemias: do marco zero a um possível way forward

The aim of this research is to analyze the Brazilian response to the regulations issued by the WHO in the context of the Coronavirus pandemic. In this sense, the study proposes to examine how, and to what extent, such norms are incorporated into the country's legislation. Furthermore, a critical analysis is made of the Organization's difficulty in implementing its regulations, and possible ways to resolve the situation are pointed out.
