Os Reflexos da Pandemia da Covid-19 na Governança em Saúde Global

This article aims to analyse Global Health Governance, in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic. In this sense, the impacts of the pandemic on the international legal order will be evaluated, considering the current institutional design of the World Health Organization, the relations between state and non-state actors with the multilateral institution and the structural failures that may have contributed to the spread of the coronavirus. Lastly, the diagnoses made throughout this article will be summarized, in order to identify necessary changes for the improvement of Global Health Governance.
