The Federal Supreme Court (STF) has played a prominent role in significant events in the country's history, attracting considerable attention to the way the court and its judges make decisions. Beginning in 2016, the STF expanded the use of the Virtual Plenary, an online platform for trials that do not take place at the same time, which demonstrated a crucial transformation in the way the court operates. The implications of this change are not yet fully understood, but they are under observation. By carrying out more in-depth research, it was possible to see how this new decision-making dynamic works and its possible practical implications, based on the court's own data and statistics. Various hypotheses and theories were debated, along with their criticisms, with the aim of demonstrating factual conclusions, and although this change promotes greater efficiency, it can also move away from the institution's deliberative project, sparking public debates about its decisions
