Militares e cargos de confiança no governo Bolsonaro

How do the Armed Forces join civilian governments? Are military officers possibly used as political appointees in presidential systems? If so, in what types of ministries and bureaucratic agencies are they allocated and what might by the consequences for policymaking? This project analyzes two years of high-level political appointments by the Jair Bolsonaro administration in order to gain insights into these questions.
