Female Leaders in Organization

This report presents the results of the PIBIC, referring to the female leadership project, in the period from 2020 to 2021. In order to make sense of the path and the difficulties that women face on their path to leadership, thirty-two interviews were performed with women in higher positions within several types of organizations and these interviews served as a basis for understanding and proposing the categories of the feminine in the exercise of leadership. These categories being: to be, to do, to think and to feel. The report also presents all the theoretical framework that underpins the propositions made.
