Apresentação de técnicas de motivação e engajamento que funcionam como alternativa ao método Socrático em razão das críticas que este recebe por gerar impactos negativos em grupos minoritários

The article, after  exploring the  advantages and  disadvantages - on 3 main perspectives:  (i)  psychological;   (ii)  practice;   (iii)  politics   -  of  the  Socratic Method  and  its  application in  a  country like  Brazil, which  has  deep  social markers of gender, race  and  class, presents mechanisms for setting goals  and developing metacognitive skills as a solution to the crisis in the  brazilian legal education.
