Análise da Consulta nº 0600306-47.2019.6.00.0000

The  purpose  of  the  article  is  to  describe  the  TSE  Consultation  No.  0600306-47.2019.6.00.0000 in the light of Vitor Marchetti's proposition, according to which Consultations can  be  used  strategically as  a  way  to  carry  out  reinterpretations of electoral norms. It will be analyzed whether there is an institutional change by which the actors, political parties, from the use of broad requests for Consultations, use this instrument of inquiry by the TSE to expand the scope of rules of the Electoral Code, this being a means of interference in legislation with less costs, since it does not go through the Legislative.
