This study evaluates the effectiveness of employing conditional transformers enhanced with structural tags from the SCOPe database to generate protein sequences with speciϐied secondary structures. By integrating these structural tags into a protein generation model, we produce amino acid sequences that align with desired protein structures. This approach advances our understanding of de novo protein design, facilitating the creation of proteins with tailor‐made structures.
