Congresso em Análise

The study carried out under the "Congresso em Análise" project aimed to map and conduct a qualitative assessment of legislative initiatives concerning Brazil's energy transition. Through empirical data gathering and analytical classification, the research highlighted major trends, recurrent topics, and the political-legal tools employed throughout the legislative process. The project unfolded in two stages: the first involved creating an extensive database and releasing a book, while the second phase offered a deeper examination of proposals focused on transport and fuels.
