Análise econômica do direito e o anteprojeto do novo código civil

The purpose of this report is to describe the activities carried out and the main findings of an academic research project centered on the theme “Law and Economics and the Draft Civil Code.” The project aimed to investigate, from the perspective of Law and Economics, key aspects of civil liability, considering the proposed changes in the draft reform of the Brazilian Civil Code, as well as the extent to which this perspective has been incorporated into national case law.
