PROSUB: uma análise estratégica da atuação da Marinha do Brasil

This study seeks to assess the Brazilian Navy's Submarine Development Program (PROSUB), taking into account the strategic imperatives and political and security constraints that influence its implementation. It examines the program in terms of its material and financial feasibility, alongside its potential effectiveness in fulfilling Brazil's defense objectives. In doing so, the research explores the program from the theoretical and conceptual frameworks of strategic studies and international security.
